Context
Darvic Logistic is an international road haulier from Maramureș, in north-west Romania, with its own fleet of seven Euro 6 trucks and regular runs to Western Europe, the UK and Ireland. The company was founded in 2025 on the experience of a transport group active since 2011, but it had no website. Shippers and freight forwarders searching for a carrier online could not find it, could not see what kind of loads it takes and had no way to ask for a price. Every new customer depended on someone who already had the dispatcher's number.
What we built
We built a bilingual website, in Romanian and English, designed as a sales tool rather than a brochure. A single page walks a shipper through services, fleet, coverage and the working process, and every section leads to the same action: request a quote, call, or send a WhatsApp message. The quote form has three short steps (route, cargo, contact) and can start already filled in, from the From and To fields at the top of the page or from a service card.
Behind the site sits a private admin panel in Romanian, built for the dispatcher. Each request arrives there and by email at the same moment, then moves through clear stages, from new to contacted, quoted, won or lost, with internal notes along the way. A PDF user manual is available right inside the panel.
Key features

- Instant notification – every request reaches the dispatcher by email, and the customer gets a confirmation in the language they wrote in.
- Quote pipeline – the dispatcher sees requests received today, this week and this month, the win rate, and the stage of each request.
- Exports with data hygiene – requests export to CSV or Excel, and files holding customer data are deleted automatically after seven days.
- Found by Google and AI assistants – structured data, a sitemap and a clean text version of every page help search engines and assistants such as ChatGPT and Claude describe the company correctly.
- One-tap contact on mobile – a fixed bar on phones keeps call, WhatsApp and quote request within reach.
- Consent-first analytics – statistics are ready to switch on and load only after the visitor agrees in the cookie banner.
Under the hood
The public site runs on Laravel 13 and Livewire 4, and the admin panel on Filament 5, so both share one codebase and one database. All company facts live in a single configuration file, so a change shows up everywhere at once, in both languages. Every request is saved before any email goes out, and a scheduled task retries failed emails, so no lead is lost if the mail server has a bad moment. Photos are served as AVIF and WebP, and the form's scripts load only when a visitor needs them, which keeps the site fast on mobile data. A hidden spam trap and a submission limit keep bots out, and only approved accounts can sign in to the panel.
Outcome
Darvic Logistic now has a professional presence that shippers and forwarders can find in Romanian and English, with a direct way to ask for a price at any hour. Every enquiry lands in one place, with its route, cargo and source, and the dispatcher can follow it to a result instead of relying on memory and scattered messages. In our pre-launch audit, the homepage scored 96 for performance and 100 for accessibility and SEO in Lighthouse on mobile.
