ClipYo is a full-featured SaaS platform that automates short-form video creation through three distinct AI-driven workflows.
TikTok/Reels/Shorts Generator — Users select a category or provide a custom script, and the platform handles the entire pipeline: AI scriptwriting in scenes, image generation or stock video sourcing, text-to-speech narration with Romanian-optimized voices, automatic word-level transcription for synchronized dynamic subtitles, and final server-side video rendering.
Long-to-Short — Extracts the most engaging clips from long-form videos. Supports file upload, Google Drive, and YouTube as sources. The system transcribes the content, then uses AI to analyze and
score segments by viral potential. Selected segments are rendered in portrait format with automatic landscape-to-portrait reframing and positioned subtitles.
Lyrics Video — Musicians upload a track, and the platform automatically transcribes the lyrics, generates scenes with matching visuals, and renders a professional lyrics video with synchronized text.
The entire generation system is driven by a state machine with automatic retry mechanisms, with all processing running asynchronously. The video rendering engine, housed in a separate project,
communicates with the backend through a REST API.
The platform operates on a credit-based economy with free and premium tiers — users purchase credit packages via Stripe, with free credits including a watermark. A referral system rewards users with
bonus credits. The admin panel enables monitoring of users, credits, video project statuses, and management of a newsletter system with open/click tracking.

SportClubPro
SportClubPro is a complete management and digitization platform built for sports clubs in Romania. It lets club administrators handle members, training groups, attendance, payments and membership fees in one place, replacing spreadsheets and paper records.
An interactive dashboard shows the club's numbers in real time — active members, income, expenses, net profit, attendance — with month-over-month trends and quick actions for adding a member or recording a payment. Payments are tracked together with arrears and expired memberships, expenses have their own module including recurring ones, and reports — members, financials, attendance, overdue members, expenses, individual athlete records — export to PDF.
Every athlete gets a dedicated profile with competition and exam history, medical clearance records and their financial standing, and can be enrolled in several groups at once, with attendance tracked separately per discipline. Each club defines its own ranking system — one belt scale per discipline taught, starting from ready-made templates and adjusting names, colors and the order of ranks. Promotions take one click from the athlete's profile, are written to their history automatically, and roll up into a club-wide belt report.
The platform's largest addition is the federation module, built together with a national kickboxing federation. In a separate back-office panel, the federation runs its entire relationship with affiliated clubs: a club submits its affiliation file with all supporting documents online, receives a proforma invoice calculated from the official fee schedule, and once payment is confirmed its operating authorization is generated automatically as a PDF on the official template. The same panel handles athlete licensing, using the complete official application form, and grading exam sessions, with diplomas generated in bulk.
Every step — proforma issued, payment confirmed, licenses ready, diplomas available — is emailed to the club automatically. The federation's access to athlete data is limited by design to what it actually needs, in line with GDPR, with separate roles for administrators and office staff, and clubs get a dedicated public manual the federation can publish straight onto its own website.
Communication with members is automated as well: an email receipt for every payment recorded, a welcome message for new athletes, an automatic reply to enrollment requests from the public page, membership and medical clearance expiry alerts over email and Telegram, a daily digest for the manager, and an immediate alert when a medical exam comes back as unfit to train.
Each club also gets its own public page, optimized for search engines and AI models, with an enrollment form, social links and a map, and is listed automatically in the National Club Directory — visibility that brings in new athletes.
